CowBelles announce the date for their 2014 Shindig…
Mark your calendar! The date for the Copper CowBelles 2014 Shindig is Saturday-April 12th.
We have reserved the Flame Convention Center and booked The Yarbrough Band.
The CowBelles leadership have selected the theme “SPRING ROUND-UP” and are well on their way to planning the annual event. Make plans to join the CowBelles for an evening of dancing, making new friends and renewing old acquaintences.
The event will be a dinner, dance and silent auction as it has been in the past.
We are working on confirming our caterer, getting auction items, and printing tickets and posters.
Stay tuned for more details!
Hope you will make plans to join us on April 12th! Any questions, please contact Copper CowBelle Co-President Judy de Pedro at 575-535-2567.

Did you know the National Beef Ambassador Program is funded in part by the Beef Checkoff? For every cow sold in the United States one dollar per head is donated to the Beef Checkoff Program, fifty cents going to the state program and fifty cents going to the national program. The Beef Checkoff is essential to our industry because it funds programs to promote our product. They produce all sorts of beef promotional supplies from “Still Safe, Still Nutritious, Still a Family Favorite” billboards down I-5 in California to “I Heart Beef” stickers given out to elementary students in New York State If you pick up a pamphlet in the grocery store informing you on the benefits of lean beef, chances are there is a red check logo on the back. The Beef Checkoff not only proves on a daily basis why beef is needed in your diet, but works hard to tell the beef production story. That’s where my team and I step in.

The Silver City Museum has an outdoor exhibit in the court yard that honors Neline Dominguez, long time Mimbres resident and Rancher among others. The Copper CowBelles held their October meeting at the Museum Annex and posed for this photo in front of the exhibit with Neline.
